The new hip-hop shop is located across the street from the Convention and Staples Center, and that place is PACKED with heat! On a good day, you might catch some local DJs getting busy on the turntables, ladies picking up their latest late night grooves, and the newest sounds in hip-hop banging out the speakers. The guys at SolSounds have a lot of event planned in the upcoming weeks, with a open DJ competition and live in-stores thie Saturday and Sunday. X-Clan is preparing to release their new CD “Return To Mecca”. The legendary hip-hop group will also be on the road this summer, touring with none other than Jurassic 5 on the Feedback Tour! This should be one of the hottest tours of the summer, as both groups are hip-hop purist and crowd rockers. The spirit of Porfessor X will no doubt be with them all, as they take the show on the road.
